To me, food is about nourishing your body, coaching is nourishing your mind and spirituality is nourishing your soul. The final result is Spiritually Delicious!
What I do
As a Coach, you and I discover what is most important to you in living a vibrant life and how to live that everyday. As a chef, I custom create menus for you based on your food preferences and nutritional needs and provide that for you in an ongoing basis. As an Interfaith Minister, I create rituals for your life to bring meaning to everyday, and ceremonies for your important life events - Weddings, Baby Naming, Coming of Age Honoring, Funerals and Memorials.
I work with you to create a life that reflects who you are and what is meaningful for you.

I provide a one hour consultation in person or on the phone / zoom to get to know you and what kind of life you want to lead and how to honor that in all aspects of your body, mind and spirit!

Interfaith Minister:
There are many important occasions that we have in our lifetime, Here are a few that I can help you celebrate:
- Weddings - I will create a ceremony with you that reflects your customs, beliefs and style.
- Baby Naming / Blessing - This ceremony welcomes your baby into your community and the extended family that will help raise them.
- Coming of Age Ceremony - as an alternative or in addition to a Bar or Bat Mitzvah, I can work with your child to honor their step into the responsibilities of becoming an adult.
- Funerals and Memorials - I will create and perform a ceremony that will honor your loved one and help you express that love for them.
